I am a disabled lady having support and care at home from my husband together with a team of female Personal Assistants (PAs). These Personal Assistants help with my personal care and support needs as well as undertaking a range of domestic tasks. I am on direct payments from Bath and North East Somerset Council to enable me to employ PAs for my care and support needs.

Currently looking for someone to join my team to work some regular weekend shifts on a rota basis. Please get in touch if interested in working all or just some of these shifts.

Require someone to work approx one or two weekend mornings a month and one weekend evening either every week or as agreed. Usually a 4 hour shift each weekend morning and a 3.50 hours shift of a weekend evening. Weekend morning working will be on a rota basis with other PAs and exact hours can be more flexible. Weekend shifts are paid at £12.05 per hour weekend rate.

Other Pay Rates are:- Weekdays: £11.45 per hour. Bank Holidays: £12.45 per hour.

Please Note:- Any candidate please needs to be Female due to the personal care nature of the work. Experience will be helpful but not essential as training will be given.

Option of working sickness and holiday cover/extra weekend or weekday hours. The regular working hours will be contracted with 5.6 weeks paid leave per year to include Bank Holidays (as per the Statutory Leave Entitlement). Non smoker required and will please need to know a candidate's covid vaccination status.

Can discuss things further if interested in knowing more about any of these above shifts.
