Job Purpose
To help a young man to become independent by volunteering within his local community, and to understand about the responsibilities of being an adult.

Location: NR9, Weston Longville

Duties to Include:

  • To help with Volunteer Position
  • To help access the local community, and becoming an adult
  • To help understand about finances, and managing money
  • To help understand about Road Safety

These duties may vary from day to day.
Any other reasonable duties that may be necessary.

Summary Terms and Conditions
  • You will be reimbursed for any agreed expenses as part of this role.
  • The rate of pay for this position is £11.68 p/h.
  • Hours and times of work will be 8 hours each week. Will include at least 4 hours on Thursdays, and 4 hours on Friday, Sunday or alternative Saturday Afternoons.
  • A satisfactory enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, the cost of which will be covered by the employer
  • Satisfactory passing of mandatory training care courses.
  • Satisfactory references from two referees, one of which must be your current or last employer.
  • Completion of a satisfactory probation period of 3 months.
