Care assistant for a young person 5 hours weekly @£14.30/hr WF11 area

I am looking for a Personal Assistant to care for my 11 year old Daughter Matilda in our home for 5 hours a week, Matilda has a physical disability resulting in the use of a wheelchair and communication disorder so experience with children in these areas would be beneficial. Matilda is also Gastronomy fed so training in this would be useful, but can be provided.

This would be a very rewarding and fulfilling role for someone as Matilda is a very happy and funny little girl. Although she is non verbal she is often creative in ways in which to get her point across and has often been described as a Social Butterfly. She has a very cheeky personality that could brighten up anyone’s day.

The role would include personal care, toileting, food preparation, feeding, social inclusion, maintaining safety in the household when family are out supporting the family with days out so focused time can be spent with siblings.

Matilda attends school Monday to Friday, so support would be most beneficial at the weekends however I can be flexible for the right candidate.
