Are you passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others? We're searching for confident and adaptable Female Support Workers to become part of our team in Winnersh!
This is an opportunity to work with us in two, possibly three, of our supported living homes where every day will be different and rewarding. We support individuals with learning disabilities and various additional health needs and they would like support with all aspects of their daily lives - this will include taking part in their favourite hobbies with them as well as providing support with daily living skills, medication, personal care, and emotional support. No two days will be the same and each new shift will present you with inspiring opportunities to help you grow both professionally and personally whilst having a positive impact on the lives of those you support and their families.
What shifts are available?
- 7.00-14.30, 14.30-22.00, Long days (7.00-22.00), & 9:30-20.00
- We're looking for people with flexibility to work on a rota basis that includes a combination of weekdays and weekends
- Rotas are provided at least 4 weeks in advance to support a healthy work life balance - something we're very passionate about!
