Can you spare 4 hours on a weekday during term time, and 8 hours during the school holidays, to support Nathan (age 11) to access community activities and to develop his independence.

A Personal Assistant (P.A.) is required in the LS28 area to support a boy called Nathan, who has a diagnosis of Autism, social and communication difficulties, sensory processing, and severe learning disabilities, as well as hyper mobility, in accessing local community activities. Nathan is a happy verbal boy, with a pleasant disposition and likes books, music, lights, going to local parks and walks, Nathan must be closely supervised at all times due to his tendency of running off, potential challenging behaviours, and having no sense of danger and road safety etc,

Experience of having worked with children as well as children, young people with Special Educational Needs (S.E.N.) is preferable.
