The role involves working in a 2:1 care setting, alongside another staff member, to ensure comprehensive support 24 hours a day in a friendly and caring environment.Responsibilities:· Assist with dressing and daily activities· Administer medications as prescribed· Support with hydrotherapy and physiotherapy sessions· Accompany individual on outings and walks· Driving is beneficial but not essential· General upkeep of homeRequirements:· A caring and empathetic nature· Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team· Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including occasional nights· Commitment to providing high-quality, personalised care· Bubbly and positive outlookJoin us in making a difference in someone's life through dedicated and heartfelt care.
