Job Overview:
We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Support with meal preparation and feeding, if necessary.
Help clients with mobility and physical exercises.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Assist in administering medications as directed.
Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behavior.
Maintain accurate care records and ensure a clean, safe environment.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a care or support role is preferred but not required.
A caring and empathetic attitude with a passion for helping others.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Relevant qualifications or training in care (e.g., NVQ in Health and Social Care) is an advantage but not essential.
