Bank Care Home Assistant. Fleetwood Hall Care Home

£11.49 per hour
8am-8pm or 8pm-8am shifts

Join us at Fleetwood Hall Care Home, Sandstone Care Group’s residential home for older adults in Fleetwood, Lancashire. The home has recently undergone an extensive refurbishment to all communal areas and is a beautiful, modern environment.

Situated just a short walk from the vast expanses of the Lancashire coast, the devoted team at our 62-bedded home are truly intent on providing an exceptional level of care, led by experienced Manager Joanne. We run a tight ship, as we believe our residents and team deserve nothing less. Our well-established, reputable home offers residents modern and comfortable facilities within warm and friendly surroundings, whilst at the same time providing fantastic standards of care supported by the very latest care planning technology. As a Care Home Assistant, your role may involve:

undertaking any necessary training
supporting our residents with personal care and hygiene, eating, and getting involved with daily activities
providing emotional support and companionship
maintaining high standards within the care home environment
working flexibly as part of a team to ensure our residents' needs are met
Support the Chef/Cook and the rest of the catering team with providing fresh, home-cooked meals from scratch to our residents
Maintaining a hygienic and compliant working environment
providing a clean and beautifully presented environment for our residents
ensuring cleaning schedules are adhered to and effective infection control is maintained at all times
working flexibly between the Home’s domestic and laundry departments if required
