Nighttime Care Practitioner - Priesty Fields Care Home

£13.50 per hour
33 hours per week
Shifts: 8pm-8am

Priesty Fields offers bespoke residential and nursing care in a secure and welcoming environment, tailored to meet each individual’s needs.

We are committed to delivering compassionate, person-centered care, while empowering residents to maintain as much independence as possible. Our dedicated team provides residential, nursing, respite and tailored professional care services to the broader community, with the expertise to meet the most intricate individual needs.

As a Nighttime Care Practitioner, your responsibilities may include:

Completing necessary training
Assisting residents with personal care, hygiene, meals, and participating in daily activities
Offering emotional support and companionship
Enabling residents to enjoy a fulfilling life, focused on their interests, preferences, and abilities
Maintaining high standards in the care home environment
Working flexibly as part of a team to meet residents' needs

*Overtime is paid for working over full time hours. However, overtime enhancement will not feature on your contract of employment and can be withdrawn at any time as managers decision is final. Free meals are given if working over an 8 hour shift and are subject to terms and conditions. Discounts are accessed using our ‘Reward Me’ app. Flexible pay is available via ‘WAGESTREAM’
