I am recruiting Recovery Workers to work for a large charity specialising in Mental Health and Recovery. You will help support people on a one-to-one basis in the office and in the community as they work towards a healthy mental wellbeing, life skills, greater independence and self-esteem.


Your general day to day duties will consist of;
- Devising and delivering support plans, working closely with other agencies to help understand and support your clients.
-You will develop links and make referrer pathways with a range of agencies such as DWP, accommodation services, police and NHS England.
-You will also create and deliver recovery led workshops in the community.
- Participate in the weekly rota system to cover open access surgeries and information line
- Manage a case load of around 25 clients and arrange appointments with them both in the office and in the community, on a one-to-one basis or group session.


To be suitable for this role you must have interest in Mental Health. Have fantastic communication skills both spoken and written and be able to take notes and keep case files up to date.

You will be paid a salary of £23,400 per year, you will also get the opportunity to build up your experience and career within the mental health field. You also get 32 days annual leave, pension and health care plan.
