Teaching Personnel are currently looking to recruit new members of staff to join our workforce as a Learning Support Assistant.

All pupils will come with an individual development plan (IDP), in how they are expected to progress, and your job will be to assist the pupils in achieving that, with support from the learning team.
Standard working hours are between 08:45 - 15:15, Monday - Friday, although we also have roles suitable for those with part-time or ad-hoc availability.
These roles are a great opportunity for individuals from a variety of different backgrounds:
- Psychology or Criminology graduates/students looking to get valuable, direct work experience to develop their CV for any potential doctorates or career opportunities
- People with a background in sports coaching, as there is a large emphasis on outdoor learning
- People with prior work in the care/health & social sector
- People with personal or familial ties with vulnerable individuals with additional learning needs
- Individuals looking to go on to teach
