Could you be the Field Care Supervisor in Watford & Borehamwood we’re looking for?
Like everyone in the Radfield team, our amazing Field Care Supervisors are roll-your-sleeves-up, supportive, positive, honest, warm and committed kind of people.

You’ll be taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of care services for our clients in Watford and Borehamwood. You’ll be running visits to review and assess the work of our care professionals and you’ll be providing feedback for training and development. As a champion for outstanding care, you’ll be supervising, supporting and guiding a team of carers on a daily basis.



You’re someone who loves working with people and helping their development, outcomes-focused and always looking for ways to enhance quality of care, while working in an environment that’s busy and fluid. You’ll need to have some previous experience providing personal care, working for a home care agency and mentoring care teams. You’ll also need a UK driver’s licence, be over the age of 18 and have access to a vehicle.

We’d also love to hear from you if you’ve got previous care experience in roles such as caregiver, care home assistant, senior care assistant, care worker, support worker, healthcare assistant, home care assistant, carer, care coordinator and care home worker.

This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. The role requires contact with vulnerable clients and therefore all roles will be subject to enhanced DBS disclosure and satisfactory references.

Experience:

providing care: 1 year (preferred)
supervisory: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:

NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care (preferred)
Driving Licence (required)
