Male Support Worker - Full Time (37.5 hours per week) - Make a Difference Every Day!

The Role:

- Support 3 young men with learning disabilities and mobility issues to achieve their goals and live as independently as possible.

- Help them stay active and involved in the community, participating in fun, engaging activities that suit their energetic lifestyles.

- Provide hands-on care and support with day-to-day tasks at home, including personal care, helping with mobility, and encouraging independence.

Requirements:

- A full UK/EU driving license is required.

- The ability to bring empathy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude to the role.

- Passion for social care and a commitment to supporting others to live their best lives.
