Health Care Assistant -
Supporting individuals with their care needs
Providing patient care, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and medication administration.
Supporting with Care needs.
Assist with patient mobility and transfers.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for the individual.
Document patient information and assist with medical record keeping.
Communicate effectively with patients and their families.
Actively engage with the individual to ensure all needs are met and the individual is fully supported.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Completion of a care care certificate is required.
Previous experience in this essential to this job role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team.
Compassionate and caring attitude towards individuals.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information.
Experience - Some would be an advantage, but we will provide all specialist training to coincide with the support that this individual will receive.
The hours for the following position are as follows:
06.30 - 22.30 (Monday to Sunday)
You will be paid at a rate of £11.50 to £12.50 per hour and there is always a possibility for overtime should this be of interest to you!
Key Responsibilities:
As a Healthcare Assistant at Care Solutions, your primary responsibilities will include:
Providing personal care and support to individuals in their homes or residential settings.
Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
Building meaningful relationships with service users and their families.
Collaborating with the wider healthcare team to ensure a holistic approach to care.

Requirements:
Previous experience in a healthcare setting is advantageous but not essential.
