Job Summary:
As the Registered Manager, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality care services in the community. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, managing staff, and fostering a positive environment for both clients and caregivers. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining the standards of care and achieving organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Compliance and Regulation:
Ensure compliance with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards and relevant legislation.
Lead the inspection process and implement improvements based on feedback.
Management and Leadership:

Recruit, train, and manage care staff, fostering a positive and professional culture.
Conduct regular performance appraisals and provide ongoing support and development for team members.

Care Delivery:
Oversee the development and implementation of personalized care plans.
Monitor the quality of care provided to clients and ensure it meets established standards.

Client Relations:
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders.
Handle complaints and concerns effectively, ensuring client satisfaction.
Operational Management:

Manage budgets, resources, and staffing levels to ensure efficient service delivery.
Ensure effective scheduling and coordination of care services.
Continuous Improvement:

Drive initiatives for quality improvement and implement best practices.
Stay updated with industry trends and developments in care delivery.
Qualifications:

Education and Experience:
Minimum Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent.
Proven experience in a managerial role within a care setting, preferably in domiciliary care.

Skills and Attributes:
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of CQC regulations and care standards.
Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
