Job Title: Service Coordinator


** Full time based in office at least 4 days per week **


Job Summary:


An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Children�s Social Care, the role involves undertaking a range of duties to support the service including updating case records, facilitating meetings, and coordinating data. We are looking for people with a proven track record of administrative support who are interested in working in a social care environment and want to contribute to this important work.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to Service Manager including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.

  • Service Coordination: Coordinate and assist with overseeing service delivery, ensuring timely and efficient execution of tasks and projects.

  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to services and executive activities.

  • Project Management: Assist in planning and executing projects, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.

  • Event Planning: Organise and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences.



Experience:


Minimum of 3 years of experience in service coordination/executive assistant roles.



  • Skills:

    • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
