Hours per week: 37 Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm
Role Length: This opening assignment is for 12 months

To carry out a range of administrative duties for the Team with limited supervision, which may involve written, telephone or face to face contact with the public or internal colleagues and the application of organisational procedures and systems.
Key responsibilities encompass arranging highly sensitive meetings, minute-taking, and managing confidential information with extraordinary precision and accuracy at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
To accurately record Foster Panel discussions and decisions, assimilating relevant material from reports, in order to produce an accurate and detailed record.
Contribute to positive outcomes for children and young people by providing a dedicated support service to the panels within the Social Work Resources Service and Agency Decision Makers (ADMs), enabling clear decision-making within regulatory time-scales, and ensuring actions are implemented.
Qualifications:
2 A Levels, NVQ 2/3 in Business Administration (or equivalent experience)
Skills & Experience:
Minimum of 12 months recent experience in a similar role or context and ideally within a public sector organisation.
Appreciate diversity in both customers and colleagues and be considerate of their specific needs.
Good knowledge of administrative practices, processes and procedures within an office environment.
Strong attention to detail.
Minute taking experience and skills.
Strong IT skills including Microsoft packages or equivalent (e.g. G Suite, Adobe Pro).
