We are looking for an experienced Support Analyst to lead our Support Team.
You will be responsible for ensuring that all clinical systems and core systems related configuration are supported. You will be required to assist the Team Lead/Manager with the day-to-day operational management and performance of the support team and assist with collecting and reporting on performance.
You will also be responsible for providing line management responsibilities for support analysts including the training of and support of all new staff members and ensuring they are familiar with team processes.
Please note: this is an on-site role based at Salford Care Organisation.
This is a key role in the configuration & maintenance of the digital applications and you will ensure that the support analysts assess and respond to user queries, providing solutions to reported problems.
You will acquire and maintain detailed knowledge of the systems/applications and provide advice and support to assist departmental managers and colleagues when appropriate and share this knowledge within the digital team.
Part of the role will be to assist in ensuring that all users make full and effective use of digital systems.
You will line manage the support analysts within the team and provide a supporting role in the education and training of staff at key times alongside other team members.
