Registered Manager Large Residential Home
Location: Leicestershire
Salary: £55K - £60K DOE
Hours: Full-Time

Are you a dynamic, experienced, and passionate Registered Manager looking for your next challenge? We are seeking an exceptional leader to take charge of our clients 70-bed care home located near Stapleton, Leicester, and continue to build on the 'Good' CQC rating already achieved.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an accomplished Registered Manager with the skills, vision, and personality to drive a high-performing team, ensuring outstanding care and operational excellence in a large, thriving care home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of the home's operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.
• Ensure the home consistently meets and exceeds CQC standards, with a focus on maintaining and improving the current 'Good' rating.
• Provide strong and compassionate leadership, motivating staff to deliver exceptional care and service to residents.
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, respect, and professional growth.
• Engage with residents, their families, and external professionals to ensure care plans are tailored to individual needs and preferences.
• Manage budgets, resources, and occupancy levels to ensure the home operates efficiently and effectively.
• Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements, health and safety legislation, and best practices within the care sector.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience managing a large care home (ideally with 50+ beds), with a successful track record of maintaining high standards of care.
• In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and experience maintaining 'Good' or 'Outstanding' ratings.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, lead, and mentor staff at all levels.
• A positive, approachable personality with excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with residents, families, and the team.
• Passion for high-quality care and a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
• Relevant qualifications, such as NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
