CQC / OFSTED Registered Managers Required Urgently!
We have a number of Registered Manager positions across the UK in Domiciliary/supported living service for the elderly and children's residential homes.

We are seeking dedicated and dynamic Registered Managers that can deliver high-quality care in line with CQC regulations and managers that are passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people.
Responsibilities for this role include:
Day to day management of service
Establishing good working relationships with local authorities and other health care professionals
Business growth
Recruitment and retention of staff
Implementing company policies and procedures
Service quality management
Compliance with CQC or OFSTED standards
Team leadership.
Experience of working in children's home
Requirements:
Level 3 Health and Social care
Level 4/5 Diploma in Leadership & Management or in training
Experience in a domiciliary care or children's home.
Strong knowledge of home care regulations.
Excellent communication and leadership skills
