We are looking for dedicated individuals who hold a Full UK driving license and have access to their own car, as driving may be required to support individuals. In this role, you will join an outstanding team in Newmarket that goes above and beyond to make a positive impact on the lives of the individuals we support.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Female Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting a woman with a learning disability to achieve her personal goals and to live life to the fullest. Your creativity and ideas will help create memorable experiences, from coffee shop outings and arts and crafts sessions to gardening activities and cinema visits.

In addition to planning and supporting with outings, you will also assist with personal care, medical appointments, medication administration, and ensuring a balanced, nutritious diet. Your commitment to providing high-quality support and willingness to go above and beyond will be greatly valued and appreciated.
