An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and dynamic administrator to join CLCH’s support services team.
The purpose of this role is to provide high quality administrative service to the Operational Support Services Division, particularly the Regulatory Compliance and Support Services functions
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting the Trust’s lone working population by managing the personal safety device asset
Supporting the Trust to achieve compliance with Health & Social Care Act regulations
Providing adhoc secretarial support including diary management and minute taking
Scheduling and delivering equipment and uniform using the Trust’s medium panel electric van
Reviewing, responding to, and reporting on logged incidents in the team’s jurisdiction
Leading and managing ad hoc projects
Carrying out procurement requests as required
The role requires the post holder to have a valid UK driving licenceand a demonstrable experience or knowledge of providing administrative support functions is essential. Educated to diploma level, the post holder will possess effective skills in communication and negotiation, and will be able to demonstrate motivation and customer focus in their way of working.
The aim of the Directorate is to ensure a high quality and consistent provision of non-clinical services across the trust.

Support the Trust’s lone working staff by managing the personal safety device asset
Schedule, pack and deliver medical devices, personal safety devices, staff uniform and other adhoc deliveries using the Trust’s electric vehicle.
Support Trust services and functions to ensure compliance with Health & Social Care Act regulations and preparation for regulatory inspections
Maintain a point of contact for enquiry handling between the Trust and the Care Quality Commission
