About the role

Whether you're new to care or experienced, you'll be making a world of difference when you join us as a Support Worker.



As a support worker, you will treat everyone equally and with the dignity and respect they deserve. You’ll play a vital part in providing support that improves people’s ability to manage daily tasks and enables them to experience independent living and decision-making. We are currently recruiting for full or part-time Support Workers to join our existing teams throughout Shropshire.



All roles will require a full UK manual drivers licence.

Your rewards

Full and part time posts, with a full-time basic salary of £23,861.00
Flexible zero-hour contracts are available to accommodate personal circumstances.
Opportunity to maximise your earnings – Earn approximately an additional £3,000 per annum by completing 1 weekly sleep in, £6,000 for 2 sleeps in shifts a week.
Availability of overtime – e.g., 1 shift a week = an additional £4,000 per year.
Double-time payment when working on a Bank Holiday, triple time during Christmas Day.
Joining bonus of £250 along with further £250 bonus payment paid on completion of a successful probation period.
A generous holiday scheme. Annual leave starting at 22 days, plus Bank Holidays (raising to 26 days).
Sleep in shifts paid in addition, at £60 per night.
Average earnings paid when on holiday, you don’t lose out on overtime or sleep in allowances.
