Job Title: SEN LSA (Level 3) EYFS/KS1 – 32.5 hours a week (term-time only)Location: Bishop Sutton Primary, Wick Road, Bishop Sutton, Bristol, BS39 5XDStart Date: As soon as possible Contract: Fixed term until 31st August 2025Hours: 32.5 hours a week 8.30-15.30 (includes a half hour unpaid lunchbreak) Term Time only Monday to FridayGrade and Salary:- JG4 (£25,584 - £27,269)Actual Salary: pro-rata £19,738.75 - £21,038 per annumApplications are invited from experienced Learning Support Assistants, qualified up to NVQ level 3 or equivalent. The successful applicant will begin post as soon as possible. This is a SEN support role for EYFS/KS1 children who have an EHCP and/or more complex needs, working to provide additional support with their learning, communication, social/emotional and personal care needs.The successful candidate will:-Have high expectations of pupil achievement and will be skilled at supporting a child with a range of learning, social and emotional needs.Be enthusiastic about working with children in an educational environment and committed to supporting their learning.Have good communication and teamwork skills, and work collaboratively with teaching staff, other support staff and outside agencies.Be willing to undertake personal care duties.We offer:-A friendly and supportive staff teamCaring and respectful pupils who are proud of their school and work with independence and enthusiasmCommitment to CPD opportunitiesA supportive team of governorsOpportunities to work collaboratively across the federationClosing date: Friday 15 NovemberInterview date: TBC
