Registered Manager for domiciliary care agency in Merseyside.(PT)

Role: Registered Care Manager
Location: Merseyside
Salary: Attractive (negotiable based on level of experience)
Type of Job: Permanent, Full time

Responsibilities:
• Efficiently manage the day to day running of the business. Allocate resources and monitor performance to deliver high quality homecare to customers within budget.
• Be responsible for the safe delivery of the service in line with legislative requirements and company policy and procedures
• Develop and maintain a high-quality service level
• Develop effective working relationships with the care team ie: local authorities, 3rd parties, and CQC.
• Report and action service improvements when identified
• To always ensure the service delivery is person centred and evidenced in the support plans, rotas, staff and service meetings, induction, training and culture of the service.
• Care plans, risk assessments, supervisions and appraisals completed in an effective and timely manner.
• Ensure necessary records are complete, accurate and legible, and available to authorised persons when required.
• Maintain quality standards and ensure health and safety compliance.
• To ensure clear understanding of MCA and DoLS.

Requirements:
• Level 3/4/5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care or in training
• 2+ years of experience in a home care management role (not Supported and Domiciliary).
• A strong understanding of local and national regulations governing home care agencies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, marketing, and leadership skills.
• Ability to develop and implement policies and procedures.
