Exciting Opportunity: Locality manager


Setting: Residential care for adults with learning disabilities and complex behaviours


Location: Alvechurch, Worcestershire


Salary: £34000 to £36000



Brook Street Social Care are excited to have partnered with an established social care provider to recruit a full-time Locality Manager to lead a dedicated team, including team leaders, support workers, and a deputy manager within their established residential services in Alvechurch, on the borders of Worcestershire. In this role, you will work closely with adults of all ages who have learning disabilities, complex care needs, and may present challenging behaviours.



Key Responsibilities:


- Oversee daily operations, ensuring that care is personalised and responsive to everyone's evolving needs.


- Uphold high standards of quality and compliance within our services.


- Provide guidance and support to your team, fostering exceptional care delivery.



What they are looking for:


- Experience in a deputy or management role, particularly with adults with learning disabilities and challenging behaviours.


- Flexibility to adapt to the needs of our services.


- NVQ Level 4 or above, or QCF Level 5 in Management (or willingness to work towards it).


- Ability to meet the requirements for CQC registration.


- Availability for on-call responsibilities as needed.


- A full driving licence.
