We are looking to recruit two male personal assistants to support a middle-aged gentleman with his day to day living requirements.

This will include the use of a hoist to assist with his movement and personal care tasks, bathing, dressing and undressing, maintaining hydration, supporting with his meal times and when going out supporting him to use his electric wheelchair. This gentleman has some speech difficulties, but they can be overcome by the people around him, as they get to know him.

This man particularly enjoys football and there may be occasions whereby you would be required to attend a home game with him. Other things that interest him include computers, walks in the outdoors, music, pop concerts and a weekly trip to the metro centre for the day.

Rate of Pay: £13.09 per hour
Hours Breakdown:
36 hours per week (in total) to share between the two posts, but to include all day on a Wednesday from 7.30 am to 5pm.
