Key Responsibilities:

- Be the talent hunter: Sourcing candidates using CV searches, job boards, referrals, and our internal database.
- Screen with precision: Conduct in-depth telephone interviews to ensure each candidate is the right fit.
- Build our talent pool: Encourage and nurture candidates, ensuring we have the best talent ready to join us.
- Manage relationships: Coordinate interviews, maintain strong communication with both hiring managers and candidates, and ensure smooth vacancy closure.
- Drive results: Meet KPIs and SLAs while ensuring timely, efficient recruitment processes.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Proven track record in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
Outstanding people skills and experience dealing with candidates over the phone or face-to-face.
Ability to thrive in a busy, ever-changing work environment with excellent multi-tasking abilities.
A meticulous eye for detail in managing recruitment systems and databases, preferably using an applicant tracking system.
Previous in-house or agency recruitment experience is preferred.
