The post holder will be responsible for the design, development, and delivery of new and existing key education work streams across the North West Maternal Medicine Network (NW MMN) including the on-going development, management, and implementation of professional development programmes, including study days and webinars across all maternal medicine disease areas. The post holder will work closely with the Lead Midwife and clinical leads for the NW MMN in the professional development agenda for midwifery in Maternal Medicine

The role involves designing and developing educational programs for midwives in collaboration with education teams and universities, ensuring these programs meet professional standards and policy requirements. The role involves providing reports to the Lead Midwife and deputising as necessary.

Organisational duties include project management, maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered within resources and timelines. The role requires managing one’s schedule effectively to meet deadlines and contribute to the NW MMN's strategic goals.
