Seeking Support Workers in Banbury - working across two homes, next door to each other, with people with disabilities who have a range of needs

- £12.50 per hour

- Full-time (37.5hrs a week) or part-time (from 22.5hrs a week)

- Shift Pattern are Long Days = 07:30-21:30

- Preference will be given to applicants who hold a UK or EU Driving Licence

We are looking for proactive, engaging and caring people to join a close-knit support team in Banbury, supporting some wonderful people, across two homes, to live their best lives - the lives that they choose to live.

The people you will be supporting are aged in their 30's to 70's - each person has learning disabilities, physical disabilities and there are also some complex health needs.

Every day will be different, and rewarding, as you encourage and empower each person to be actively engaged in every aspect of their daily lives. Each person has their own interests, ambitions, and goals - they need you to help them realise them. A big favourite is swimming, so the fact that you will enjoy supporting with trips to the pool and hydro pool each week is a bonus!

You will also provide support with daily living skills, medication, personal care and mobility assistance, as required.
