As a Learning Disability Support Worker, you will be providing high quality support to people who have varying levels of learning disabilities, autism, mental health, and complex needs. You will promote independence and dignity, empowering people to live how they choose. No two days will be the same! One moment you could be supporting someone with daily activities they find challenging such as eating or dressing, another you could be helping them to access local community services such as education, parks, cafes, and shops.
