Care Practitioner (Days) - Burscough Manor Care Home

Salary: £11.61 per hour
Contract: Full-time, 3 days per week (including some weekends)
Shifts: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

As a Care Practitioner, you will play a vital role in ensuring the wellbeing of our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

Participating in mandatory and developmental training
Supporting residents with personal care, hygiene, meals, and daily activities
Offering companionship and emotional support
Helping residents lead enriched lives by focusing on their individual interests and abilities
Maintaining a high standard of care and cleanliness within the home
Collaborating with the team to meet the diverse needs of our residents

*Overtime is paid for working over full time hours. However, overtime enhancement will not feature on your contract of employment and can be withdrawn at any time as managers decision is final.
