About the Role:

As a Support Worker, you'll assist four males and one female in living independently and ensuring they are getting to do the things they love each day! Our residents enjoy walking, shopping, and playing ball games. We have cars available, so there's always an opportunity for more outings!

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing daily personal care support

- Assisting with money management

- Supporting medication routines

- Encouraging a fun and fulfilling life for each individual

UK drivers licence is essential for this role
