This rewarding role involves offering personalised care, social support, and assistance with community engagement, all while working collaboratively with another team member. The successful candidate will help our client live a more fulfilling and active life, ensuring his day-to-day needs are met with empathy and understanding.

Key Responsibilities:
-Provide personal care and social support to help our client with daily tasks.
-Assist in community outings and activities to ensure he remains connected with his surroundings.
-Operate and drive his Adaptive Support Vehicle to transport him as required.
-Offer companionship and build a trusting relationship with the client and his family.
-Collaborate with his support network to ensure consistent, reliable care.

Requirements:
*Full driving licence and confidence in driving an Adaptive Support Vehicle.
*A compassionate, caring nature and dedication to delivering high standards of care.
*Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with the client and his family.
*Previous experience in care or support work is desirable but not essential.
