Seeking engaging and proactive Female Support Workers in Bath, BA2 5HL - Start your day knowing you'll make a difference

- £12.50 per hour . Sleep nights are paid at £50.00 per night

- Full-time or part-time hours

- Shifts available: early shifts, late shifts and sleep-shifts

- A full UK or EU or Designated Country driving licence is required for this role

You will need to be proactive, engaging and caring and able to work as part of an established and welcoming team.

The three ladies you will be supporting, have a range of disabilities, including learning disablities, some complex health needs and autism.

Every day will be different, and rewarding, as you encourage and empower each person to be actively engaged in every aspect of their daily lives - this will include accompanying to favoured activities, supporting with daily living skills, administering medication and supporting with personal care and mobility assistance, as needed.

You will be working for a dynamic and involved manager, who takes the time to develop her team so that each and every person feels valued and can be the best they can be.
