Lead a vibrant Team of Support Workers delivering high quality, person-centred care for the people we support.

You’ll be…

Supervising your Team – supporting your Team so they flourish in their roles

Creating & updating records – such as care plans and risk assessments, ensuring adherence company policies and procedures
Proactive – supporting service users to become a part of their community and attend leisure events

You’ll need proven experience in…

Building relationships and being accountable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Being patient, compassionate and having a can-do attitude
Having a responsible, dedicated and a flexible approach to work
All roles are subject to proof of eligibility to work in the UK, satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS check. You’ll also need a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
