Operations Support Manager covering North of England



You will be required to travel around the North of England to fit in with Business Needs



"This role is peripatetic and will involve staying away from home".



Permanent - Full Time: 37 hours per week Monday - Friday



The main purpose of the role is:



  • To support the Operational Management of the region by promoting a caring environment which provides residents with a high standard of person-cantered care, ensuring that we are meeting individual needs and that everyone is treated with respect and dignity and rights to privacy, independence and choice are met.

  • You will take up a variety of senior positions in MHA care homes as required and provide temporary relief in the absence of the manager or senior officer in a home, carrying out the full duties of the post.



Who we're looking for:



  • The successful post holder will carry out specific projects within a home or region, as specified by the Regional Director and relevant Area Manager.

  • You will have a professional qualification in a Care or health field. (e.g., DipSW, Nursing, OT etc., that coupled with experience of working in the care sector.

  • Our ideal candidate will be required to undertake overnight stays as and when required (accommodation and travel expenses will be paid for in line with our policies).
