Live-in Female Personal Assistant (PA). Weekly pay rate £1100 for self employed or PAYE candidates.

I have recently moved to East Leake and I am looking for caring and empathetic individuals to join my team of Personal Assistants (PA). I am looking for 2 to 3 individuals who can undertake a live-in role to join my team on a rota basis.

The successful applicants will be expected to live in my home during their Rota.

You would have your own bed sitting room with ensuite and kitchenette.
The exact breakdown of the rota will be agreed upon once I know your commitments - I will try and work with you.

HMRC PAYE candidate benefits where applicable include holiday pay, workplace pension, statutory sick pay. Pro rata for part time.

An enhanced DBS will be required if you do not have a current valid enhanced DBS for working with adults and vulnerable people in social and health care setting.

These roles are not available to individuals who require sponsorship.
Individuals must have the right to work in UK.

4. Willingness to Learn: I appreciate individuals who have a thirst for knowledge and are eager to enhance their skills continuously.

5. Adept at problem solving with a technical and practical aptitude towards coping with and dealing with problems that arise unexpectedly, as they do, when relying on equipment that goes wrong occasionally. Able to use a spanner, Allen keys, screwdrivers when the need arises.

You must be:

• a confident and experienced driver possessing a full UK/European driving licence that is clean. I will be looking for someone who is capable of motorway driving, country lane driving, big-city driving and driving anywhere I want to go. You must be able to drive my wheelchair accessible vehicle as I like to go out socially, and I like to go to my regular physiotherapy appointments in Coventry as well as fulfil my visits to NHS appointments which are sometimes in London.
• able to help me with all aspects of personal care and grooming; and at night I need assistance with my ventilation mask. Once settled I sleep through the night. I do not bear my own weight and you would assist me with my transfers by way of ceiling track hoist.
• able to assist me with my physical exercises in my home.
• someone who is an experienced cook and enjoys cooking with fresh ingredients. I like cooking but I can no longer undertake the physical side of cooking any more. I enjoy food from many different regions of the world and I used to cook these dishes from fresh.
• capable of domestic household duties as I can no longer undertake these activities such as cleaning and laundry.
• capable of simple gardening and would like to help me undertake gardening tasks which I can no longer do myself.
• able to speak fluent English and understand fluent English as communication is vital when understanding instructions.
