The Role:

You'll support the people who call Burton Cottages their home in their daily lives, helping to manage their behaviours and generally enriching their days while rewarding yours.

Burton Cottages is a two-storey purpose-built dwelling situated in Robertsbridge in the heart of rural East Sussex and within easy walking distance of local shops. The home is split into two cottages, one property supporting four residents and the other property supporting five. We are a short distance from Battle and Hastings and well placed to enable them to take advantage of the variety of local beaches, towns and villages of rural East Sussex.

Our service in Robertsbridge is on a journey to make it an amazing place for the people we support. In order to do this, we need even more amazing carers like you to join our team.

The people we support in Robertsbridge love to be out and about in the day so you will be involved in activities while support their over various care needs throughout your shift.

Shift times are split across Early (7.15am - 3pm) and Late (2.45pm - 9.45pm) shifts and cover Monday - Sunday (including 4 weekend days across a 4-week rota)
