Support Worker
Part Time - 28hrs a week, days and sleep ins
Location: Sheffield, S5
Pay: £12ph (£50 sleep in rate)

We are looking for a superstar support worker to support a lively, chatty guy maintain his independence. He can be a bit of a boundary-pusher, so you'll need to be firm but fun!
About Him:
Music Enthusiast: Loves all kinds of tunes and goes to weekly music sessions (he's more of a listener than a player).
Travel Buff: Enjoys mini-holidays, especially to Spain to see family.
Social Butterfly: Loves a good chat and needs someone who can keep up with his banter.
Vulnerable: Needs a bit of help staying safe out and about, and online.
Communicator: Speaks well but needs time to process and understand things.
Your Mission:
- Boost his independence while keeping him on track with his boundaries.
- Join his music sessions and chat about his favourite tunes.
- Help plan and join his trips.
- Keep him safe in the community and when accessing online.
- Communicate clearly and patiently, giving him time to process.
