To provide an efficient and effective administrative service predominantly within the Early Intervention Services team based at Chorlton house, Chorlton, however, may be required to also work across various teams in South Manchester on a need-by-need basis. The role will predominantly be based at Chorlton House but may be required to work across our wellbeing and social care services providing admin support as required.

The post holder may be required on occasion to work flexibly across our sites to carry out a variety of administrative tasks as directed by the Senior Administrator and the Admin Manager.

Be flexible in working across the North, Central or South Manchester EIS Teams as well as South CMHTs if required.

Provide admin support to the team as required.

Dealing with all incoming and outgoing mail, processing, distributing and responding within limits.

Ensure that sufficient stocks of stationery are available to meet the needs of the team without resorting to stockpiling.

Co-ordinate and facilitate the dissemination of information to and from the team.

Dealing efficiently, precisely and courteously with telephone callers

Producing minutes from various meeting as required

Logging and managing referrals as per the requirements of the team.
