A little about myself:
I am an older man living in Morriston with both legs amputated. I also have a few other medical conditions. I enjoy sport and use to be a vice chairman and trustee of a football club. I still enjoy sports. I am looking for a PA to take me out in their car. To get me out of the house. I have dialysis 3 times a week, so I am looking to go out around these days.

Driver required to take me out.

6 hours per week Tuesday and Thursday / weekends

Rate of pay. £12.75

Essential:
I need you to:
• Be able to drive and have a car.
• Be available Tuesday and Thursday or weekends.

Desirable
I’d prefer if:
• You like sport.

I’d like support with
• Going out for a coffee
• Going out for lunch

I will need my PA to:
Respect and understand the importance of privacy and confidentiality.
Be confident, mature and have patience.
Be dependable and arrive on time.
Be friendly with an easy-going manner.
Be adaptable and flexible.
Be supportive but not take over.

Concerning the position
A trial period will be necessary in the first instance in the form of a six month probationary period. Salary will be paid monthly (Annual leave is calculated on a pro rata basis). A DBS MUST be processed prior to any commencement of employment. Costs of DBS will be met by Swansea
council where applicant is eligible.
