We are seeking a qualified nurse to come and work in the newly established West Kent Memory Assessment Service. If you are interested in older adults and keen to develop your expertise in memory assessment this is the role for you!
The memory assessment service aims to assess and diagnose patients within six weeks, providing the highest quality of care to our local population.
Successful applicants will be working in our combined memory clinics alongside the multi-disciplinary team including psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, a operational team manager, clinical lead and administrators.
The memory service is based in Maidstone but operates clinics in Sevenoaks and Tunbridge Wells so please note there may be an expectation to travel between sites as part of this role.
The post holder must hold a full, valid, UK driving licence and have access to a car/vehicle to use for business purposes (unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010).
To deliver memory assessments, in a combined clinic setting and as home visits and in care homes where appropriate.
