As an enthusiastic and skilled Psychology graduate, you’ll contribute to two innovative programmes: CAMHS workforce development, focusing on expansion, retention, new roles, and training, and the GM i-THRIVE framework, an exciting system transformation initiative for children and young people’s (CYP) mental health. You'll be supported to use your creativity, knowledge, and research skills to improve CYP outcomes across Greater Manchester.

This hybrid role offers a dynamic opportunity to work on both programmes and engage in clinical work. Three days are dedicated to supporting the programmes, and two days focus on clinical duties.

Key responsibilities include supporting senior colleagues within the GM CAMHS Workforce and THRIVE Transformation Programme teams. You'll liaise with community agencies, manage data entry, assist with psychological assessments, and contribute to project tasks under supervision.
