Responsibilities
Assist the Team Manager in overseeing daily operations within the hospital setting.
Support staff training and development initiatives to enhance team performance.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, health regulations, and safety standards.
Assist in managing schedules, staffing needs, and workflow efficiency.
Facilitate communication between departments to promote collaboration and patient-centered care.
Monitor and evaluate operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Participate in meetings to discuss team performance, challenges, and strategic planning.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field.
Previous experience in a healthcare or hospital setting is preferred.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
