About The Role
As a Relief Manager at HC One, you’ll value one thing above all. Kindness. It carries across every aspect of our Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes. Every single person who works here understands that our residents are people just like them with their own stories to tell. And, by joining us, you’ll have a wonderful opportunity to give something back to those people.

About You
For you, that will mean running an entire home when a Home Manager is absent or we’re recruiting for a new one. Every home has performance targets, so, whichever you’re working in, you’ll go all out to make sure it meets them. And, whether you’re talking-up the importance of safety and quality to your team, identifying and addressing where a home could be doing better or ensuring regulatory compliance standards, you’ll always have resident wellbeing in mind above anything else.
We’re looking for a care home supervisor experienced in working with vulnerable adults. You’ll also be a Registered Nurse with current Nursing Homes Pin number or have an S/NVQ4 qualification in Health & Social Care. Beyond that, it’s all about your brilliant, positive energy and natural ability to get along with people. So you’ll be conscientiously accurate in your record keeping, a great time manager and highly organised. And, whenever you communicate with a resident or co-worker, you’ll be truly considerate and kind.
Well, after all, it’s just in your nature.
Apply today for a role as a Relief Manager at HC One.
