A leading luxury care provider is now looking for a Nursing Home Manager (ideally qualified as an RN Adult or RMN) to join and lead their local nursing home as its Registered Manager.

This group is one of the country’s leaders in social care and is known for the very high standards of both accommodation and care quality at each of their homes.

Using effective leadership, you’ll make sure your residents and your team get the support they need to flourish, with every need and preference met and care delivery reflecting the latest in best practice – above and beyond industry standard.

Together, you’ll have a strong positive impact on the lives of your residents with a reach across the community; success in your role will also be rewarded through service quality bonuses and a comprehensive employee package.
