Your Role:


As a Support Worker, you’ll have a dynamic and fulfilling role, helping individuals thrive and enjoy life to the fullest. Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll be doing:



  • Adventure Awaits: Encourage our amazing clients to explore their community, from leisure trips to holidays!
  • Create Joyful Experiences: Craft a lively and positive atmosphere where everyone can feel at home.
  • Life Skills Champion: Support individuals in developing essential life skills that empower them daily.
  • Practical Help: Assist with household tasks, personal finances, and personal care.
  • Health & Well-being: Administer medication and ensure everyone is living their best life.

We want your energy and outgoing personality to shine, especially as our clients love music and community outings. Basic IT skills will also be beneficial as you'll be using our digital app, Nourish, to support care plans (don’t worry, we’ll provide all the training you need).
