Female Support Worker
Ellesmere, Shropshire
£23,264 per annum (pro rata)
Part Time Waking Night (10 hours) available completing 10pm-8am shifts
Driver with own vehicle is essential due to the nature and location of the role!

We are looking for a part time Female Support Worker supporting a lady in her 40s in her own home, who has an Acquired Brain Injury. She loves going out and about in Ellesmere for walks, going to the shops, having a fun and chatting with staff, also loves soap operas, listening to music, bingo.

No two days are the same but your day might look like this!

Supporting our person to be engaged in all day to day living activities, including making full use of their community and beyond.
Supporting our person with social activities, and connecting with family and friends. 
Supporting the management of our person’s finances.
Keeping our person’s home clean and fresh, and going shopping. 
Providing, and encouraging, personal care. 
And enjoying what you do!

Experience in social care is not essential, we provide a full range of accredited and award winning training programmes at no cost to yourself, including the Health and Social Care Diploma that will really support your career progression.
