Female Support Worker
Weston Rhyn, Shropshire
£23,264 per annum (pro rata)
Full Time & Part Time - covering various shifts 24/7 including sleep ins
Part Time Waking Night (30 hours) available
Driver with own vehicle is essential due to the nature and location of the role!
Must like and be comfortable around dogs

We are looking for Support Worker supporting a lady with complex needs in her own home, who has mild learning disabilities, personality disorder and diabetes. She loves gardening, going out shopping and spending time with her dog.

No two days are the same but your day might look like this!

Supporting our person to be engaged in all day to day living activities, including making full use of their community and beyond.
Supporting our person with social activities, and connecting with family and friends.
Supporting the management of our person’s finances.
Keeping our person’s home clean and fresh, and going shopping.
Providing, and encouraging, personal care.
And enjoying what you do!

Experience in social care is not essential, we provide a full range of accredited and award winning training programmes at no cost to yourself, including the Health and Social Care Diploma that will really support your career progression.
